We will gladly offer easy returns and accept unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Domestic returns will be subject to a $4.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. If you select the exchange option, the return shipping fee will be waived. Please note, we offer one free exchange per order only; any returns after that will incur return fees.
Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a refund only. For a replacement, please complete the return request and place a new order for your item(s).
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and with original packaging with tags still attached. We cannot offer refunds on items deemed damaged - scratched, used, or with missing tags.
Moda Luxe reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers. Please contact the business where you purchased our product regarding their return policy.
All discount codes are one-time use. Promotional/coupon code discounts can't be added after an order has been placed or applied to a previous purchase or exchange.
Moda Luxe is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number.

While exchanging, you have the option for an instant exchange if you prefer not to wait for the return. For an instant exchange, we'll place a hold on your credit card for the new item's cost and process your order right away. Once your return reaches the carrier, we'll release the hold. You have 21 days to ship your item(s). If we don't see your return in transit after 21 days, we'll charge your card for the full amount of the item(s).
